What should my routine/plan be?

First pic is me Jan 1, 2024. I started cutting/lifting last year at about 180 pounds. I kept that going for about 8 months and then stopped. Second pic is me now at about 155 pounds. I’ve never lifted before those 8 months, and honestly, I don’t feel like I made a lot of progress (which is why I’m afraid of doing anything but cutting). What would you do if you were me? Are abs possible by summer?

Been using and enjoying the Starbucks French roast 100% arabica coffee in the silver bag . That is not available anymore and replaced by a Kirkland Signature French roast in a brown bag. Still 100% arabica but a far inferior coffee to our taste. We generally prefer the arabica bean and the Starbucks bean was much darker and very oily, the KS bean is medium brown and dry. No comparison in my view. So looking for the next bean to sample. Given our preference for the Starbucks FR bean, any suggestions? TIA

I’ve been sober around a month. I have excluded myself from a lot of places and activities because they involve things that trigger me to drink. One of those things has been live music venues. Friday night I’m thinking about going to my boyfriend’s gig. It’s at what I would constitute as a “safer venue” (More expensive drinks, few shots served, more family friendly vibes) I’m anxious that being there for the whole gig (I’d be riding to and from with him) would make me more likely to crack. Am I talking myself into a situation that could harm my sobriety? Does anyone have a cautionary tale? I’m having a really hard time deciding if I should or shouldn’t go…

Hi Community, I feel confused about distingush these two concepts I know Change Control is to evluate change request, develop the change , got approved by CAB. Configuration Control is to control the configuration of system is stable, only authorized change is deployed But what happened if the system admin modify the libriaries used without authorization and annoucement to others, is this a violation of Change Control and Configuration Control?

Will I have to double pay rego when transferring?

My registration has expired a week ago and pay week is coming up. I fear I’ll get pulled over with an unregistered car and get a cop on a bad day. If I pay the registration in the state it’s registered in, when I get it transferred to WA, will I have to pay again to have it transferred? Will I be able to take it over the pits unregistered and/or register it to WA without registering it in the current state?

Reforger - first impressions after 5 hours.

Finally made the jump into Reforger the past few days and I was pretty disappointed. After being bombarded on YouTube with content creators spamming Reforger vids, I thought it looked fun and coordinated enough to try it out. I’ve been playing Arma 3 for several years now and was hoping for similar play style but with better graphics. It was definitely not. Half the players either have no mics or refuse to use them. You’re supposedly in a “fireteam or squad” but you’re not since everyone tends to do their own thing. There is almost no intel available or shared, which would give you information on where enemies were last spotted. Team killing is incredibly high. Wasted assets like logistic or transport vehicles are scattered about completely abandoned. It’s absolute chaos. But I must say, there has always been a handful of players there that are more than willing to help new players and are genuinely good people. I guess I’m saying, if you’re thinking about getting into this game based on the YouTube videos that you’re watching, the reality is very different. I just don’t understand the hype of the game other than there is something new for console players. Let me know if you have any tips or tricks that I can adopt in order to have a better time with Reforger.
